Partnership with management

For a buyout to be successful, a working relationship between corporate management and MB is extremely important. There is a clear division of responsibilities between MB and corporate management. Management executes the jointly agreed business plan and is in charge of day-to-day management of the company. MB participates in to developing and executing the strategy through the board of directors and acts as the management's discussion partner. We provide the management with sufficient resources and incentives to build a successful business.

In the transactions that we execute, management and key individuals are invited to become owners of the company. A motivating and rewarding incentive programme is put in place for them. The management's financial resources are factored in when designing the capital structure. We also assist in arranging financing for the management's equity stake.
